NuORDER by Lightspeed has a new Head of Revenue, Chris Akrimi. Our team is excited to welcome him and to learn from his two decades of experience in B2B tech, retail, and fashion — and we’re thrilled Akrimi is eager to dive in too:

It’s about pushing boundaries, driving success for businesses worldwide, and shaping the future in a rapidly evolving digital era,” Akrimi said in a recent press release announcing his appointment.

What Akrimi brings to the team 

With a strong background in luxury fashion, Akrimi has worked with incredible brands and conglomerates including CHANEL, Hermès, LVMH, and Kering.

Most recently, he was CEO at The Layer, a technology company using AI to transform commerce data. Prior to The Layer, Akrimi was the Global Chief Revenue Officer at Joor, and has held positions in executive leadership at Ralph Lauren, Victorinox, Scotch & Soda, Eastpak, and other industry organizations.

Akrimi’s new role at NuORDER

As Head of Revenue, Akrimi will drive NuORDER’s financial success forward. He’ll oversee our revenue and sales strategies, plan sales metrics, and work closely with other members of the executive team. He will also be able to apply his retail, tech, and leadership savvy. Exciting times!
